Why is my tongue so weird?

It just... doesn't look right... Asked my doctor, she said its fine? What do u think?

Looks like you have 2 conditions
1. Fissured tongue
2. Lingual erythema migrans AKA geographic tongue syndrome.

They're both benign conditions. Nothing to worry about. It might just make you slightly more sensitive to spicy foods, and some foods that contain a lot if salicylates (like tomatoes and eggplant).

The heat time you see your dentist, ask them about it. They'll probably give you the same answer.

Just think about it as camouflage pattern for your tongue.

@luvstoned4him. Yeah. I have the same thing, except it's more pronounced. My dad was a doctor. The first time I learned about it was when I was little, I asked him why my tongue looked like that, and he said to me "Geographic tongue syndrome". I thought the name was hillarious! 😂
