Men! How long would you naturally stay at the gym?
Was he like this before you guy had the baby?
It sounds like he is avoiding being at home and being a dad. He might be scared or not interested. It would be good for you guys to talk about it. Because you also have the right to have a life outside while he takes care of the baby. And to have quality time with your husband.
Do you feel lonely?
I can barely go for an hour, just super low stamina even if I get 500g of complex carbs. Some guys are fucking beasts and stay for 2. If your man isn't ripped as shit 4 hours is complete bullshit.
Again I am low stamina so defer to the other guys who actually manage to stay longer, but I'm not buying that for a second.
Well I suppose you could just "Accidentally" leave your phone in his car one day and GPS track it through an app. If he's actually there for 4 hours then your mind will be at ease and you can stop worrying. If he's being dishonest then you'll know as well.
People wouldn't like the idea, but you'll have your answer.
Yeah… something is fishy. I am a pretty fit guy. I go to the gym 5 days a week but even then its rarely over an hour. Then time to shower and driving time if you live a ways a way and he showers there. Maybe two hours tops.

Usually 45 min to 1.5 hours, but you gotta add how long it takes to go there an back and shower, drinking protein shake, taking maybe a little breather after.. That does sound pretty damn long though. You should to talk to him about it and the whole going to play pool thing. Weird habits for being a new dad...
Absolutely! Sort of sounds to me like he's hiding something or that he feels really bad for being away and overcompensates.
It may be that the baby is freaking him out. He may not have been ready to be a father. Or he may have a side chick. You need to have a calm discussion about this if you want to get the truth.
Does he go to the gym with his friends? I'm normally in the gym for 2 or 3 hours, but if I had friends There and we were stopping and talking it might take up more time I guess
I work out for an hour maybe a little more. My muscles are usually fatigued to death by then. I don't know what kinda workout regimen he does, but he must have unbelievable amounts of energy or he works out at a super slow pace
Cardio can take longer i guess amd wouldn't make him buff
That is long. Even if he is at the gym that long he's trying to be out the house. Maybe he's not ready to be a dad. Speak to him
Men hide their emotion so maybe he's doing well on the surface but underneath is in meltdown. Men don't have anyone to talk to so try speaking to him. No1 on here can give you his reasoning there is a million possibilities.
That’s a lot of time out while there, 3-4 times a week is normal but not 3 hours, he can’t be working out all that time, he would be getting big and noticeable after awhile. Sure sounds like something else going on
It's not normal unless he's buff.. I go for 2 and a half hours maybe 3 depends on the workout. It's not normal unless you're really building your body though...
I'm usually at the gym two two two and a half hours every time I go. That includes an hour on the treadmill and relaxing in the hot tub after workout.
That dont sound right. I got 3days a week for hr and half
Hmmm does he gym with friends? Or Alone?
Alone at the gym is max 1.5 hours
With friends maybe max 3hrs...
It seems a bit long -_-
Seems a bit long, do you think he is cheating?
I go 5 times and spend 45 minutes lifting weights and from 30 to 60 minutes cardio.
I do daily for 2 - 2.5 hours, 7 days a week.
Nutrition is also as much important.
Get a nanny, go exercise with him
If it's bothering you, talk to him about it.
Like an hour and a half, two at the most
Usually about 90 minutes
2 hours at the max. Something is fishy.
I usually just stay for 1-2 hours max
About 1.5 hours depending on if I go for a swim
its cery normal in some cases
He's a fool!
40 minutes
1:30 hours
