For me and most people, regular running and eating well (plenty of fruit and vegetables). That may sound like a cop out to you but its the best way. You can start off by taking long walks each day and then slowly building up into a run. At least 60minutes + of physical activity a day and no more than 2 hours of digital media a day (computers and tv). Hope this helps
