I have always had difficulty losing weight and this seems like the last resort besides surgery.

im trying to find some too. but I heard that slimquick is good. its made just for women since we hold fat in different places then men.

so I'm thinking about trying it. so I would look into that as well.

whatever you do, don't try hydroxycut. I hears its horrible and the side effects aren't very good.
