What is a good skin care product for guys?

I don't have an awful problem with acne, but I would like to clear it up on my forehead and chest. So, what's a good skin care product that you'd recommend? And that isn't super expensive.

Anything with at least 0.5% Salicylic acid in it, the face cleansers you get from the chemist aren't really strong enough to make a difference. I use these wipes called Stridex, they are really good at clearing your skin and keeping it looking smooth. Though they can make your skin dry, but if you have oily skin it shouldn't be a problem, if you don't what I sometimes do is put aloe vera gel on my skin after I use them, mainly because moisturisers make my skin oily.

Clean and Clear has some pretty good stuff that is reasonably priced.
