+1 yIt depends on the girl. Some get anemic on their period. A symptom of anemia is sleepiness that is not cured by sleep or rest. Others are in excruciating pain that can lead to nausea and dizziness. Some spend days with horrible diarrhea. Some can’t breath without feeling blood gush out. Some are light, relatively painless, and only a mild inconvenience. It depends on the girl. It depends on the month.

No, it's not lazy at all! Trust me, when mine is on I don't want to do crap. I have to make myself exercise because I have the mentality that if I take too long off, I won't want to exercise again! I just tend to do lighter exercises (jogging, walking) or do heavy weights when mine is on (for some reason lift extra hard when mine is on!)10 Reply

+1 yI'm the woman shrugging. I've never had such a bad period I couldn't move or exercise. I never sit on P. E. because of my period, or missed my swimming activity a week for it... so in my personal case, if I did skip work out during my period, it would be because I'm lazy and not because of my period... but every girl is different, and some have really bad cramps or bleed too much.

+1 yNo it's not lazy , if a girl is menstruating i believe working out
or going to the gym can make her cycle to be more intense
and make her go more so i believe she should wait to she
slows down or stops than go back to working out some
people are bean heads and need to learn about ones health
or what goes on when a Female has her monthly cycle.11 Reply- +1 y
+1 yI wouldn’t blame her for not working out on her period. I would suggest a hot bubble bath because the hot water will slow the flow of blood. It won’t leak out when you’re in the bathtub because the hot water on your stomach can soothe the cramps.
You ladies are probably wondering why a guy is saying this. I have studied this stuff and I’ve heard other women say the same thing.10 Reply8.3K opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic. I'm a guy I don't know how bad you're feeling. Besides the annoying blood flow I hear you girls get some cramps. But what about professional female tennis players when they're having a big match when they're playing in a huge tournament? Obviously they have to play what about female wrestlers in the WWE that have to wrestle on there period. I think most just suck it up and get out there and get after it

+1 yI am lazy. period. I don't mind walking for miles and miles. But working out? nah. I could bike to work or hike up the mountains. But to take time and work out just for the sake of working out.. I'd rather take a nap.

+1 yWell, it's hard to imagine exactly what one goes through when they're on their period, but since one mentioned something about cramps, then no, like if they're hurt or something is bothering them a lot, then I don't see a problem with not doing so.
10 Reply1.1K opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic. For me personally I acutally feel more like working out when I'm on my period. I'm not gonna judge someone else that doesn't want to that's their choice
20 ReplyMeh nah... i dont work out when i can't be bothered.. so why can't she when she actually has a reason

Anonymous(30-35)+1 yMy ex had that, and it's no shame
She said the pain became unbearable at times
so obviously you wouldn't want to put more physical strain on your body in that particular time
If you're one of those people, obviously you won't either10 Reply- 518 opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic.
+1 yNo. If she doesn't feel like it that's her business. Who am I to judge what she chooses to do or not do when she has her period.

+1 yWorking out helps with period cramps. But sometimes you are just not feeling it and that's ok too
10 ReplyIts her own personal choice. I am sure some poses in a gym dont happen though.
No its not lazy if you dont feel good.10 Reply
+1 yNo. Women have a legit excuse not to work out. Period health could be risked if exercise is done heavy enough or sometimes any moderate at all.
10 ReplyNope. Why would anyone want to work out on their period?
