Does deep heat help sore breast from hormonal changes before and during period?

You know that the reason your breasts are sore are because of your hormones fluctuations. You can try it but I don't think it's going to do you any good. You address the hormones. I stopped that monthly nuisance with birth control. No more periods no more breast tenderness and pain.

Soreness usually seems to be helped by some combo of heat and cold. Try heat first, then cool, or the opposite, or cold only, or heat only. See what works best. Good luck. Don't forget ibuprofen or aspirin.

Deep heat is strong, and can feel very burny around sensitive areas. Keep it away from your nipples if you do try it!
