As a woman you consume approx. 1600 calories a day (very rough number, can vary a lot depending on your body and what you do). This means you eat 1000 calories too few for 61 day, i. e. 61000 calories. Approx. 8000 calories are one kilogram of fat, so you would expect to lose 7.6 kilos. BUT your body would go into a different "mode" to save energy. You'd feel extremly weak, you would lose muscels, it's likely that you get ill because your immunic system gets damped and at unless you have an exreme will to keep this up its likely that you stop this diet much earlier. However, you wouldn't necessarily die if your healthy, people ate that much during war times and many survived. But to be honest, I would highly disrecommend this experiment.

You would lose a lot of weight.. The way my doctor described calorie count to me was, take the weight you want to be, add a zero to it and that's the number of calories you need to eat, to hit that weight. It's been working for me. I'm currently at 220 pounds.. I use to weigh 380. I reduced my intake to 1800 calories a day, and I'm still losing weight..
Your body would start shutting down because you'd be in starvation mode. It could weaken your heart among other things.
And initially you wouldn't lose weight because your body would slow down your metabolism to adjust to the decrease in calories.
You should not go below around 1600 for your age and if you weigh a lot you will end up with loose skin. If you do it slowly you give your body and your skin time to heal and you have less chance of loose skin or not as much.
You can actually lose weight faster by eating 2000 - 4000 calories a day and exercising for 2 hours a day on a low carb diet - when I was early 20s I could lose 3-4 pounds a day that way - low carb + exercise is way more affective than very low calorie with exercise

You will lose weight, but have some health problems, such as vitamin deficiencies, fatigue, feeling dizzy, hair loss, brittle nails, looking kinda yellowish and sick.
Been there done that. It's not healthy but I still do it whenever I'm desperate to lose weightDepends on how much excess body fat you have, you will definitely become malnourished because you can't get adequate nutrition from 600kcal /day. Likely you'll lose substantial lean mass and might even get some slight organ deterioration.
If you are trying to lose weight stick to 1-1.5% of your body weight per week.Your body could go into starvation mode
I did this as a Teenager cause people made
fun of me and i wanted to look good but you
want know what happened to me : I developed
Low Blood Sugar , Fast heart rate , High Blood pressure,
Mental illness , Low Male Testosterone, later Diabetes,
Osteoarthritis , Yes trust me you don't want do itIt would depend on you body mass and height, but no matter what those are very low numbers and are not at all recommended. Your body will mostly like burn through all the fat store u have in ur body and well as start eating away at your muscles. You will also feel constantly tired due to lack of energy and your behavior will also most likely change.
Your body would go into a fasting mode, your muscles would atrophy, and assuming you didn’t fall into a coma you would likely do irreversible damage to your heart, heart, liver, and pancreas.
This is not recommended as although you may get through this your weight will drop and you will be ill, however, the long term damage regarding you internal organs will outweigh any positives that you think you’re going to get
You’ll probably die. Women need about 1,500-2,000 calories per day. 600 for 2 months? Nooo
U could get very weak very sick maybe even die its not healthy just dont do it
In my opinion, you will be very sick, as the healthy lowest limit is 1200 kCal per day.
I assume you mean deli button since 2000 is the normal amount per day then I would think you would lose quite a bit of weight
You would be very hungry.
