I know, judging by your phrasing, that you intended to isolate body fat percentage. However, it is extremely difficult to isolate body fat percentage from body type. I will say first and foremost that I don't find the woman in the picture's body attractive. Most of that is due to body type. Her hips are too narrow, and her fat is distributed too evenly (while it's desirable for most of it to be distributed in the butt and thighs). So it's hard to say if overall body fat percentage is playing a role in why I don't find her attractive. From what I can tell, in addition to not having the ideal body type, her body fat percentage is also a tad too low. But I could be wrong.

She's attractive, but there is no ideal body percentage in the realm of attraction. It's whatever suits you best while still being healthy. Some people look better with certain body types and looks than others.
