I am 5'3 and a couple of weeks ago I was 162-164 lbs and now I weigh 157 or 159.My legs used to be muscle but slowly turned to fat and now my body goal is to be slimmer like Miley Cyrus or adriana lima except I want to make sure my thighs do not touch.
I enjoy going running and can't join a gym at the moment, so can you offer me anything to help me get down to 115 lbs?
