Here's my response:
foods:
- sunflower seeds (various flavors)
- peanuts (usually the ones in the shells)
- peanut butter
- eggs (hard-boiled or scrambled)
- oatmeal (stand-alone, or mixed into my cold cereal)
- corn tortillas (I prefer over toast with my eggs for some reason lol)
drinks:
- milk (in oatmeal or cereal/oatmeal mix)
- tea (either black or green)
- Kool-Aid
- soda (usually diet)
supplements/herbs:
- multi-vitamin (a standard mens' formula; nothing fancy)
- cinnamon (in oatmeal or in my cereal/oatmeal mix)
