yeah you can, in the fine print they usually have a disclaimer about trying it somewhere on a small patch of skin before actually using the product but since no on ever can read that small of a font or believes something could get past the supposed regulations before allowing the possibility of the product being sold to consumers. I don't know who makes the stiff but it would be s company like Proctor& Gamble or L'Oréal. I'm sure you cold find a customer service phone number, I'd give them a call and play it up a little bit and you'll likely get a refund or better. Igf there are any products in the companies line of business- health and beauty products- that you already use and like mention that to them and I would think you'd probably get a certificate for at least $100 in whatever other products they sell. You could hint at calling the Dept. of Health or the FDA if they don't respond to your satisfaction. If you happened to have purchased it online, most e-tailers allow comments from people who purchased those items from them. Give it a dramatically bad review and you will probably increase the chances of them getting in touch with you. The more places you can post it, the better. As far as treating the rash, try some lidocaine cream to apply topically, some moisturizer that your skin tolerates better or, if none of those are feasible, a sunburn ointment would act as if it were a sunburn which is what it probably feels like. They usually have lidocaine in them. Lidocaine is related to cocaine and like most products with "caine" in them acts as an anesthetic when applied topically.. They may use something developed especially for them now but lidocaine is what dentists put on your gums topically so the injection of (yet another drug that is an anesthetic ending in "caine" - whatever has replaced Novocain as a local anesthetic lasting long enough to finish the procedure of filling a cavity or other dental work.

I don't know why people just tell you the truth, It appears you've had an allergic reaction to the Pantene there are certain things you can use for a long time and all sudden develop a allergy reaction to them and my late grandma used Tylenol for Arthritis and all sudden she took it for so long she developed an allergy to it so she had to stop taking it or her forehead would break out. I wish you the best on this matter and some people and their opinions make me wonder all they need do is tell you the truth how I see things is allergy reaction to it.
It does look irritated- maybe try a non scented lotion, take an allergy pill, and maybe take another shower just to wash your skin

I would advise you to not apply anything on that part of the skin anymore. Visit the doctor, and tell him how you reacted to this Pantene hair product, so he can determine which ingredient in it is the source of this rash. Afterwards, change your hair (and other) products accordingly.
Maybe you are reacting to something in that. Send their customer service a message, and send pictures of the rash! If you feel it, some others will most likely also feel the same!
if it causes a rash its most likely either an alkergic reaction or a mild chemical burn. if allergy then try benrdryl gel. if burn treat it like other burns.
I don't know what is this.
I can only tell that you have very amazing boobs..
I like your boobs size.
small and cute.so it's only on the top half of your body and not your legs?
may be allergy.. take a anti allergy pill... by the way u look fucking sexyyyy
you can apply some lotion, but if it doesn’t get better I’d call your physician.
Just clean it off and leave it. It'll disappear in time
I actually have this on my arms, under my short sleeves. I get like an acne there. It's not from the laundry detergent tho
An aloe plant would be ideal for that
Oh use aloe oatmeal lotion or coco butter
Stop using it
