What exercises are best to tone your legs and stomach?
Also, approximately how long do you think it will take for me to get a flat stomach?

ab wheel and ab walkouts are amazing. also push ups actually help a lot because your abs have to hold you up.
pilates is amazing for core.
for legs nothing beats squats and lunges. for hamstrings and butt, do deadlifts.
Having said all that, abs are made in the kitchen. It's your diet that will determine your results and how long it takes to get them.
You need to eat LOTS of lean protein, Try to eat like 5-6 times a day if you can, smaller meals. Eat tons of fruits and veggies. Stay away from refined processed stuff like sugar and white flour.
Eat whole grains with your proteins.
Have some cheat foods like once a week or on the weekend so you can stick to your healthy foods the rest of the time. Never go hungry.
If you eat this way and work out a few times a week, you will see major results in 3 months.

-30 to 60 minutes of cardio a day such as running,jogging, swimming, jump roping, cycling, aerobics etc
-Strength training 2-3x a week. Weight lifting helps keep you toned and speeds up your metabolism. Don't worry, you won't get muscly. If you would like to add something to a little weight lifting, try pilates or Yoga

There is diet and cardio, any other magic ab work outs or ab machines won't do the trick.
