I can, I do prefer to train to some sort of music with energy such as rock or hip hop. Sometimes I’m just willing to go hard in the weight room or on the punching bag to silence On my own
Music is just a distraction. Plus most girls out for a jog should know headphones are one things creeps are looking for. Means you're not looking out for them.,
One of my past taekwondo studios blasted music during line-ups to the bags exercises. It was a bit irritating. Distracting when trying to focus on technical fixes to moves.

I can workout without music or TV, but it seems to go a lot faster with one of those entertaining devices on.
I like to work out while watching tv - Usually a channel of fish swimming in an aquarium - I prefer that to an actual tv or movie.
If you are capable working out music then you can workout with without music. It's not like you become incapable of working out without music.
