I am very unhappy about my weight. I am about 270lbs and I want to be around 220-230lbs. I just don't have the motivation and will power to stick with loosing weight. Also, too many temptations from food to alcohol.

No, I am not. Since my divorce I have lost weight, but now I have another issue that will likely require surgery. That'll be number 8. So my workouts have slowed considerably.

Hi !!! I’ve always been around 185lbs I carried that weight pretty well every through my army days. Ahhh got a little older I’m a truck driver yea I gained around 22lbs in a couple of years. Folks say I look good but I tell carrying it around. I don’t have a belly whatsoever just weight all over.🤷
Motivation and not want to spend money for a subscription to help lose weight because I’m working three different jobs to make a fund for college. And I’m putting 50% of my money into that fund.

Those are great diet changes. Sometimes cutting back on sugar can be difficult.

Just 25 lbs to go. I’m already down 15 so the rest should be a piece of (fat-free) cake.

No I’d like to tone up a little. I do exercise and am very active. But what prevents me is. I love beer.
Diet has been the hardest thing for me to change when it comes to my fitness goals. I hate giving up things I love.

I am close to my summer weight. i weigh 176, summer 170. Just under 6 feet tall. Winter months we eat comfort food and pie etc...
Me too! And during the winter I hate leaving home to walk to the gym. It's so cold and I prefer to stay warm in bed.

Don't be depressed! Just turn it into muscle whenever you get to the gym.

I know how that is. I still weigh what I did in bootcamp but it takes a lot of effort and time to maintain such a low weight.
