I started taking a multivitamin for the first time in my life around five months ago. This also coincided to when I started feeling constipated. I tend to get constipated if I don't eat enough vegetables or fruits but I haven't changed anything in my diet. I'm having an appointment with the doctor soon to check if there's anything wrong with my gut and because lately I've been feeling constipated almost every week and it is extremely painful. I need to carry laxatives with me all the time since I travel all the time and it happened to me a few times in one of my trips.
