Can you get prostate cancer at 33?

I've had a bit of a unusual feeling in that area off and on last week. It's a lot better than when it first started, but it's going long enough that starting to be concerning. I mean it's not painful but I get a weird feeling when going to the bathroom. It's lot better than it first started. So I'm not sure if it's a ocd thing where I first noticed it the first time and my mind is dwelling on it, or if it's something real. This in the front area slightly to the left. I'm not sure, could it be constipation thing. I've been that way when it first started, and now I'm going more regularly but it still feels a little backed up. Could it be gas? My side has been bugging me off and on lately too.

Many cancers are linked to low iodine and low oxygen levels. Most people, even by that age have had low iodine and low oxygen for long enough to cause cancers to develop. I suggest you read the book 'Iodine Why You Need it' by David Brownstein and also read 'Flood Your Body With Oxygen: Therapy For Our Polluted World by by Ed McCabe'

It is rare at your age, but it is possible. Is there a family history? You don't have the usual symptoms, but it might not be a bad idea for a doctor to do a quick check. A doctor (I have a female doctor for this purpose) inserts a gloved, lubricated finger into your ass to estimate the size of the prostate and feel for lumps or other abnormalities. If the doctor doesn't feel anything abnormal, then that's the end of it. If there is something questionable, the Prostate Specific Antigen Test which measures the level of PSA in the blood will be ordered.

There are so many possible causes to your symptoms it could be something simple or someting more complex. As a registered nurse I can't diagnose you but I would highly recommend that you see a doctor or primary care provider, there are usually some quick tests they can do right away to diagnose the symptoms you are having. I normally post a link for health related comments but there are really too many things that could be of cause and I would be doing you a disservice by guessing what it could be but do get it checked out. He probably needs to go for a PSA total blood test DRE If either of them come up positive and MP MRI That biopsy then PSMA PET scan He can also go for a colonoscopy sometimes that could be the issue too but since he's so young and if he doesn't have a family history they don't like doing these tests so it's really how to get the doctor to do it.

It isn't common, but it is possible. All cancers can happen at any age. The probability just goes up with age.

I would not bet my life on not being able to get it. You should see your doc ASAP. It is very treatable if you get it early enough.
