I am 30 and unless I get fat my bra size is the same as when I was 12 I never increased half a cup size what happened?

Oh well, you already said it, boobs are just fat. Boob size dosent matter. If you're a hottie with a killer personality I wouldn't dump you when I saw your bare breasts.

Boob size isn't a deciding factor to a good guy, so if a guy dumps you over boob size its really a blessing in disguise.

What's your cup size? I bet it's fine and you're worried/self conscious over nothing.

Correction: when I am at a "healthy" weight I wear a 32B or 34A cup.

I got fat in my teens and went up to a 36D. I then lost the weight and back to 32B I went.

Yes I have been measured properly and these bra sizes fit.

Women usually have a "default" size which is the cup size they wear at a healthy normal weight. Obviously if they get obese that cup size tends to increase but only due to extra fat everywhere on the body.

Maybe try gaining a little weight? There's always the option for surgery if you want them bigger, so long as you have money. I wish mine stopped growing at that age... hell, I had boobs in grade school... And by middle school i was a C cup. High School D, college DD. I'm still a DD fml. I hate having huge boobs. It's a real pain in the neck and back.

No gym. No protein and multivitamin strengthen ligaments and fibrous tissue which are found in breasts. Your diet sucked. Fresh vegetables are a great source that support breast formation materials.

It could be normal, but it could also be low iodine, low vitamin D3 and other nutrients that assist hormonal functions in the body. I know a woman that went up a cup size once she corrected her iodine deficiency.

I'd have to put up with a huge belly. I did this once and yes my breasts grew but once I lost the excess weight they went right back to my 12 year old 32B

Usually breasts get big with a huge weight gain but it's not healthy to he overweight

I'm at a healthy slim but not skinny weight now.

I got fat in my teens due to an antidepressant I was on and they got a fair bit bigger but when I lost the weight they went right back to where I started.

I don't think being unhealthy is worth having bigger boobs
