I can see how somebody might find this offensive and I definitely wouldn’t say this to somebody unsolicited but I also think it’s very true at the same time most people are attracted to people who look fit. Also I think it would likely improve the self esteem of an overweight person if they lost weight.

There is some positive sides to encourage people to lose weight like I mentioned. It can improve the self esteem and health of the person losing weight.
Also other people might view them as more attractive if they got fit. I think it’s true lots of people are not attracted to overweightness

I wouldn’t say anything, there is no way for it to come across constructively. That said- it’s crazy how many young obese women that are super shy and awkward that would be absolute knockouts if they were in shape.
