Count your calories and plan your diet. If you need to lose weight, run a deficit. Make sure you're macronutrients are reasonably balanced.
No drugs, no sugar or heavily processed foods.
Exercise three times a week, weights, flexibility and cardio full body.

Cut the fruit, carbs and sugar and get walking. Once you can walk a mile without short breath, then you can take getting back in shape seriously.
If you can't, then you're just wasting your own and everyone else's time.

You should have never listened to that covid nonsense. I got better in shape, moved out of the crap city to the country. You should do the same and run up big hills like myself.
Take your time and work yourself up slowly. There’s great starter videos on YouTube and Pinterest. But also just watching your intake of foods and stuff.
