How does the PAP smear and the colposcopy feel?, do they hurt?, any advice for someon who hasn't had them yet?

Questions above for someone who hasn't had them yet. One thing is the explanation of the process, but other thing is to live it.

No biggie with the colonoscopy.
The prep is better now, and I don't even get put under when I get one.
It's pretty cool seeing inside your body.
You will feel like you have to fart, because it uses air to open you up so they can see.
I'm in the 5 year club, each time they have found 1 very small polyp.
Get it done, it beats getting the news when it is too late.
