Is it harm for the baby
MELATONIN should help you fall asleep, not magnesium.
Well this is what works for me, got a problem?
This is the US Recommended Daily Allowance of magnesium for pregnant women:
Pregnant
www.webmd.com/diet/supplement-guide-magnesium
Under 19 years: 400 mg/day
19 to 30 years: 350 mg/day
31 years and up: 360 mg/day
I would talk to your doctor about it, possibly someone in family practice or an ob/gyn.
Magnesium also affects your heart rhythm check with your doctor
