How unhealthy is it to eat instant ramen every day?

A Chinese newspaper reported that ramen noodles cause cancer, if your trying to save money, rice porridge with pickled vegetables or dehydrated dried meat is a good way of meaning your calorie needs and costs less than ramen noodles. The kind of vegetable I use looks like this. You only need 3-5 pieces of it in a single 4 cup bowl of porridge.
I like the taste better than ramen. Try it for a few weeks and see for yourself.

Very unhealthy. They have high amounts of sodium and message, which is associated with poor overall diet quality. You are increasing the risk of developing metabolic syndrome, a condition that increases your risk for heart disease, diabetes, and stroke. PLease have a better diet that consists of lean meat, fresh vegetables etc. and drink plenty of water.
All processed foods that come in packets are bad. It is in the nature of Industry to cause cravings. So either such packaged food is going to contain too much of sodium or too much of sugar to make you keep coming back for more. Abundant vegetables, fruits and whole grains is what one needs.
I don't know what that is, but it's just noodles? and noodles is pasta? Pasta isn't bad for you in moderation.. but what else is in it? is there a lot of salt? Salt is VERY bad, it is a killer, worse even than sugar!

Extremely unhealthy.
Too much sodium, gluten can be inflammatory for many people, it has no real nutritional value, and it's not a complex carb.
It's okay to eat every now and again but I would advise against eating instant ramen on a daily basis.
Asians don't even eat the stuff. So I think there's a huge reason why.
Super unhealthy. They are loaded with bad carbs and message. I used to eat ramen in college because that’s all I can afford and was convenient 😂. But no, once in a while now sure.
GAG autocorrected M S G into the word "message." Haha
@Jamie05rhs 🤣 right! Do you like ramen?
@Pinay_ako Yes, I do! :)
Ramen is very salty and is the noodles are carbs. You need vegetables, fruit, protein in your diet. Ramen doesn't supply any of those things.
Create a diet that has variety and all the former mentioned foods in it. Ramen doesn't.
I know right I was wondering the same thing.
That stuff is sooo Addictive!
Oh yeah! Especially if one is sensitive to message. Some people are more tolerant than others. But for the ones who aren't, I ain't no scientist, but it can really fuck some shit up.
I eat it like every 2 days. I don't know how it didn't affected me. Maybe because other food I ate neutrilized the effect? I heard it is really unhealty due to sodium though.
Just salt, water, and noodles. No vitamins or minerals with it.
Now if you got creative and smart about it you would add an egg, green onions, sliced up carrots, etc.
I think the seasoning contains too much salt and noodles in general prob will lead to weight gain. I’d eat them a few times a year
Aside from breast milk can be fed daily and healthy…
all other foods alone will not give you the full nutritional value your body needs.
not ideal... throw some green veggies in there and probably fine. heck, look around your yard for dandelions or whatever is edible and use that.
I know chinese and thai people who eat instant noodles at least once a day sometimes more than once a day and even though I don't know how harmful it can be for your health all of them are slim.
It’s pretty bad. Sodium content is crazy high in that stuff. You can mitigate that by spicing it yourself.
Not unhealthy unless you don't eat other balance of food, veggies, protein, fruit...
They do not digest well. They last around 2 days in your system. I was talking to someone at work a few years ago and then that same week on Dr. Oz and The Doctors it was mentioned.
There is a lot of sodium in them and not much food value.
it will eventually hurt you
and you will end up in the hospital
a women told me
it happen to her
They are extremely high in sodium. All you taste is salt when you eat them. My blood pressure used to be high when ate them when I was younger
Very, because of the sodium. I can’t stand instant ramen as it is, and I couldn’t even imagine what it would be like eating it every day.
My little brother floor works at one and tells me he drops them in for and our them back on the belt
Very unhealthy. Loaded with sodium and little to no nutrient content.
