Diet or regular exercises, which one is more difficult for you?

For me it is diet for a few reasons:
First, I do not have an oven. I have a microwave and stove top. Most of what I know how to cook is baked.
Second, I live in a hotel room with two others and have a hard time keeping them out of my stuff. Due to the hours I work, by the time I can grocery shop these asshats have already filled the fridge with their crap.
Third, it is difficult to find time to cook.
I'm totally addicted to exercising, but I'm not totally addicted to healthy foods, even though I eat much healthier than before. But I do crave a lot of junk food still and I often end up eating stuff I regret right after. So diet is much more difficult. It requires willpower whereas exercising comes naturally.
diet is more difficult. 100%
anyone who wants to look different just has to change the diet more than exercise.
Exercise just helps you look more muscular naked if you follow a good healthy life style, Otherwise exercise will not change anything in you if you eat like a pig.
None. Eating healthily is self esteem. I love myself, my body deserves the best. My body does everything for me the least I can do is give it the best food. Exercise? It makes me feel happy, powerful, it challenges me, I really love both and they are just a liestyle!

Diet. I have gotten in pretty good shape. When I was 18 I could run a under 7 mile, do 15 pull-ups and I was in charge of fitness AR my school jrotc but I still had belly and chest fat because even with my exercises I never diet. So it takes both to truly be healthy and fit.
Diet! You can workout for an hour but you can destroy that hard work in less than 15 minutes enjoying a whopper meal! 80% nutrition, 20% fitness! You can’t outrun a bad diet!
Diet is the key really. Even if you didn't exercise and ate pretty well you would probably be in decent shape. I work out quite regularly but my diet can make me look awful if I eat too much junk. If my diet was good and I carried on exercising like I do... I would look amazing but I like food too much.
Diet! There is always delicious food in my house. I exercise every day but a good diet is not always possible when cooking and eating are also my passion 🤣
Exercising. The private community where I live has an excellent fitness center, as does the country club where I play golf. I'm paying for both but use neither.
Mostly diet. Once i start working out, i can quickly become more than a little obsessive. But i always want that delicious food that’s less than healthy. Ell oh ell!
Exercise. Something happened and it's hard for me to find the drive. I workout, but the motivation isn't what it was. I need to find a new goal in that department.
If You need Motivation to do the one thing that makes Life easier then you probably shouldn’t even try to workout every again.
@EarthRealm Yaaaaaaaaaa I'm not gonna follow that advice! It's too healthy to pass it up!
It's harder for me to make time for an intense workout. I can watch what I eat pretty easily (unless there are double stuff Oreos).
For me its dieting. There's certain foods that I have a hard time cutting back/ out of my diet. I have no problem with the exercises part of it.
Diet, I just get lazy at times to not exercise but my diet is a bit hard since the prices went up this year as well as gas prices.
I'm quite time poor at the moment so exercise would be a problem but my diet is terrible right now. Given time, I'd be happy to exercise, diet has always been an issue
I'm not allowed to climb stairs in my home cause my mom is worried about me aging our staircase so exercise is harder for me.
Diet. Exercise is fun. Eating for me.. not so much. Having a fast metab kills the joy.
Neither to be honest. I invest equal amount of importance, effort, and time for both.
I won't change what I eat. If I want to change my shape, I just exercise more.
Neither. It really comes down to my commitment. When I'm focused I'm relentless. But it's hard to get me focused 🤣. I have a really addictive personality. I'm either Uber committed to something or I'm not at all.
Both are equally hard for me, I like to eat 😂 but I think regular exercise is a lot harder for me. If I’m not in the gym then I’m just not doing it.
regular exercise, but you gotta do what you gotta do
Diet was always tough in the beginning. It's not anymore for me.
The the beginning I'd have to say the regular exercise. But it became routine after a couple of weeks
Plenty of water which curbs your appetite and cardio which can be taking stairs vs using an elevator for example
I would say your diet. It is kind of hard to change your eating habits
Both 😂 but regular exercise is always the hardest for me.
Diet hard to cause at time your hungry. You just wanna eat. Exercises I do it almost everyday.
Diet. I have constant temptations to eat something crappy lol
Eat your veggies or you won't grow tall and strong 💪
@PrettyPriya 😂 I think that shop has sailed 😭
@bigpauly it is also bullshit because I eat tons of veggies and always have. Look at me...😐
@PrettyPriya maybe that’s why you surpassed the 5ft mark 🤔. Or maybe big veggie corps have been lying to us!
@prettypauly it is just lies! all lies!
Resisting food, exercise is not hard. I love eating.
Diet. I love to eat.
Diet.
Sweets are my downfall.
Exercise, diet really isn't an issue for me
Regular exercise.
Diet fr. I feel like I’m not getting enough
A diet would be

Exercises. Like i need to stay motivated 😂
Diet is harder for me
Diet is more difficult for me tbh
I say both go hand in hand.
Doing both make you feel good about yourself.
I love to exercise diet on the other hand…..
