I'm not vegan and don't think I'm strong enough to go on a vegan diet. But I'm interested to know more about veganism and it's benefits because I'm hearing many positive stories.

This question is difficult for me to answer cause I've never eaten meat and I'm allergic to milk so only thing I had to give up to become vegan was eggs so I didn't notice any changes since I've basically always been vegan.
I still eat cheese and eggs, so not 100% vegan.
But for me nothing really changed in the long term.
During the first two weeks i was reaaaaally hungry and ate a lot.
I had to lower my cholesterol levels and so went vegan for 3 days per week, my cholesterol levels lowered but apart from that there has been no change to my life.

there aren't any positive benefits to being vegan. you get low iron in your blood causing you to be anemic. you get a higher risk of developing type II diabetes from the sugar in the fruits. You lack vitamin D in your blood because of the no diary in your diet and your only source of vitamin D would be the sun. Being vegan does more harm then good. Look at jaden smith he went full vegan and he almost died because of it.
I seem to be aging ~1/2 to 1/3rd the normal rate.
