YOu need HIIT twice a week (30 sec elliptical/rest 1 min for 20 minutes), 3x as much cardio than now, 1/2 of your portions, 3x Protein in meats and beans, 1900 calories, no carbs (beer, frozen, and snack aisle. 3 months as well as no couch... pull weeds, walk your stairs, clean your house etc. Your metabolic state still works during 7 hours of sleep. Water and plenty of sleep !!!

But on the real, I know how to do it, I'm just wondering what your BET is on how fast I can get abs from here? I actually started my cut at the beginning of August so I'm kinda already in the process, but what you think, 3 months, 4 months, New Years 2023?

Control intake in 4th quarter... I use a desert plate. Side and twists for stomach. One can't even see what is underneath so it can not be addressed properly. It is not difficult... I work 3 time Zones (12, 9, 4/2) and can manage the cardio easily.

From 12-26 was involved in shoots emaciated to adult. Always, at 6'3, have possessed long muscles similar to a runner. 28-30 waist with an appearance of bulky...46 inch chest, muscular shoulders so that design is framed well, wicked long stomach with less than intimidating width muscles. 190 plus/minus 3 lbs
