Well I cheated today... on my diet.. I had 2 BBQ pork ribs 😳( not 2 racks just 2 bones worth lol) . I have a very strict diet. I feel a bit guilty.

you need a cheat day. you should worry about your nutrition and not a strict diet, and yes allow yourself a cheat day. if you constantly just diet and then you fall off diet for a while your metabolism will be so messed up you will not only gain all weight back, but more.
Allow yourself a cheat day, but just watch your nutrition and monitor it in general. think nutrition not diet.
Thanks for the reply. Yes I agree. I watch my nutruents.. I don't eat junk food , processed foods, etc. I eat fruits, vegetables, lean meats , dairy products, nuts , seeds, etc. The cleaner the better. I try and measure everything out

Even if you have to stay fit professionally, remember why it's good to be fit.
It's healthy, the routine and being physically active is good for you. Also most people that workout enjoy it and it makes them happier.
The way you look really should come second and that's where diet also is. Second. Yes you need to eat enough and healthy in general, but you don't need something crazy strict... I get it if you're a model or something, but you should never feel bad for enjoying food, especially when you live a healthy lifestyle.

I have been crazy strict for 8 months. A little cheat here and there won't kill me I guess. Just extra cardio time lol
I had an ex built like you and he ate baked foods and fruits/veggies 5 days a week and fast food 2 days a week. He did jiu jitsu twice a week and weight lifting a few days a week. He’s still got a rockin bod. You'll be fine. Cheat on the weekends

Yea you’ll be fine. The way he ate on the weekend was the funniest shit ever. He’d order like 10 different things on the menu. It literally looked like a feast. And then he’d exercise it off again Monday lol
Lol.. once I reach my next goal I will look at maybe "easing the restrictions " lol
Cheat days are treat days & when it comes to food sometimes you have to treat yourself. As for me I’m working out again & for the past two months I’ve been doing pretty good however on Saturday’s not so good & all I can say is that I treat myself & take care of my inner fat kid.
I was good for 8 months. lol but I'm more motivated now after my cheat day
My brother from another mother your body from time to time needs to be flooded with calories so if you grab a cheeseburger or cheesesteak it’s ok. Cheat days are major motivators so keep up the good work & reward yourself.
It definitely takes the urges away. . My treat is plain rice cakes with peanut butter.. lol

I cheat literally all the time lol. I need to convince my sister to stop baking because we're all gonna become junkies and we all end up eating it because it's delicious. Ugh we do not want to get diabetes for sure.

From what I understand it kind of tricks your body thinking okay I don't have to store this fat because I'm getting fed some more. Then you kick back into your dieting. One sheet day is not going to ruin your diet
