Has your weight changed since the pandemic began?

I gained 4.6 pounds after losing 8 pounds the first two months after lock downs

I lost a lot of weight during the pandemic but gained most of it back lol. initially was borderline overweight but was motivated by the lockdown to lose it all. got down too low, like about a bmi of 15. since then though went up to a bmi of 23 :'( have to go on a diet again asap haha, practically regained everything

I gained a lot of weight because I lost my father right before the pandemic. Now I am in the middle of training to get back to what I was. I know a lot of people that gained a lot of weight and a lot of people that lost weight.. each person is different

I have a fast metabolism. My weight is always close to the same no matter what I do.

Yeah I've lost weight. But I'm also eating and sleeping much better since retiring.
