Do you have any workout- plans or new goals for the upcoming month/colder seasons?

Personally I started working out daily again now at home but it's mostly just like 15-25 mins per day, unless I go rollerblading before what is an extra 30-45 mins
(I'll probably go down to 6 days a week in Oct tho)

I have a deal with myself to keep this up and increase over the next four months and definitely gain more weight
And presumably start going to the gym again in January? We will see lol

Also the Ice hall is opening soon again, so my sister and I will also start with ice skating again
