Do you have any weight management goals this month?

I've gained 5 pounds in the last 6 weeks, 3 pounds was from liver inflammation after getting the flu vaccine, and 2 pounds was from snacking on nuts when I was bored or hungry. Nuts are high calorie, and sometimes I go overboard and eat more than a normal hand sized serving.

I know I can lose the weight, the question, is whether I will lose it slowly or speedily.
