I always plan to lift heavy & eat clean. But ofc my body is pathetic so rn I'm trying to let my tendons & especially ligaments recover from previous volume. I prefer to train very frequently. Every day if I can. Hard too. Ideally failure. But my body can't keep up with my will/preference. So I have to have weeks where I reduce the volume & intensity so that I don't injure myself.
Damn, your testosterone output hasn't even peaked yet..

@Joshydavid25 I'm not sure what my testosterone levels are but it would be good to know maybe. But I think this may be more unrelated to that. I don't have an issue with sex drive, energy levels, muscle recovery in general, etc. It's just that I tend to go really hard when I train too early on. I prefer to do strength & hypertrophic training everyday to failure. So my muscles can recover but I'm thinking my tendons & ligaments may take longer if I'm adding too much volume without letting them recover like how I should. Especially since I do full range of motion just as a preference.
I feel that.. You probably have good T levels then, but checking definitely helps.. You're probably getting stronger faster than your joints can catch up..

And tbh mine probably aren't anything noteworthy 𤣠like I have a lot of the good signs but not in a significant way. I probably barely have the passable amount to be attractive to women

I watched the video.. It was great.. I also have a lot of good signs.. I think my test levels are probably above average based on the tier list..

@Joshydavid25 Nothing on the extreme end/significantly noteworthy, but of the two top categories I do have bodyhair, facial hair, dense bones, normal grip strength, the potential for big traps if I really wanted them, potential for big muscles if I trained for size, I also have the potential for great speed since I have long legs & it's not hard for me to put muscle on my legs. Not sure about other things just from lack of genetics or experience with them. I'd be surprised if mine was low since my sex drive is always so high. I've never dealt with ed either.

@Joshydavid25 I've got a feeling I didn't. I had a looot of bad habits in my teenage years. And even before them tbh. I remember being like 10 years old and asking my parents why I had a lump in y chest. Gyno š so yeah my hormones were out of whack even at a young age

@Joshydavid25 thank the heavens. I really wish I had a smart father figure like the alpha 3d guy when I was developing. I'd probably have better markers all around in terms of looks, athleticism, health, etc.

I already have one. I just eat everything, but Iām not a fan of sweet and dairy, I donāt eat too much salt. However, I like spicy food in moderation here and there. I drink water and wine, but I donāt drink juice.
I exercise, but Iām not consistent with it, and if I stayed consistent, I would have a well defined 8 packs lol.
Been working out for years. But I finally bit the bullet and hired a personal person about 7 weeks ago? Because I wasn't happy with my progress, or lack of rather, and want to lose the rest of my weight-
So far, so good! Plan on keeping it up after the holidays as well.

Exercise and dieting isnāt some kind of program. To see it as a program is to be short sighted. Healthy exercise and dieting must be a habit in order to be sustainable. In that sense Iām already on a āprogramā and have been for years. Check my weight daily, vary my diet options, and include at least 30min of physical activity a day. Itās worked ok and I donāt even think about it
Iām still trying to pace through Thanksgiving leftovers before they go bad. I havenāt changed my portions, though. Will be doing the same for Christmas. I bought my parents their gift.
No particular diet. I'm going to eat all the things I don't eat all year round and do the same exercise regime I do all year round. Yoga or pilates 4-5 times a week and if I can fit in a walk here and there. Xx

My mom is planning to cook for the entire army, and there are only four of us (dad, my two brothers, and me), plus my brothers' families (spouses and kids, and they are bringing some stuff with them). There will be a lot of food.
As for sports, I mainly engage in swimming, and sometimes volleyball with friends.
I can't complain about my weight, but before Christmas, I'll add one extra visit to the pool each week. It certainly won't hurt, lmao
No way :D Life is too short for this. I'm happy with my all-year valid meal plan and exercise program. I eat what I cook, and I run when I feel it's time for it... I probably won't until spring. I don't want to freeze :D
I'm trying to walk more. Get my hearts BPM to 130 for about two hours. Done it a few times. Working my way up to running. Been told not to workout for about a year now thanks to a tbi, so I gotta start somewhere.
I pretty much stay on a diet throughout the year. I'm also a dancer so I'm very active with exercise. Minus Thanksgiving of course. I gained 6 to 8 pounds Thanksgiving week lol. It's already almost gone this week.

Not really, but I dropped quite a bit of weight as I gradually reduced my intake of solid sweets in favour of cold drinks, primarily soda pop, and not that weird tasting diet stuff. I donāt know why it works for me, it just does. Of course the world donāt move to the beat of just one drum; what may be right for me may not be right for some.
