ok here's the deal.. I've recently lost a lot of weight through sensible eating, now I have started a training regime. I am aiming to cut my body fat to at least 7%, but I'm not sure if I should aim for tone and fitness or try to stack on some serious muscle... I'm 6ft tall and I'm quite broad shouldered so I'm never gonna be a small guy, so I might not be able to control how big I get once it starts, opinions please ladies, what is seen as most attractive?
