lift weights and cut your calorie intake. get a calculator multiply your current body weight and that should be your calorie intake to stay at your current weight. so what you from there is substract that by 500 and keep going till you get to where you want to be
multiply your current body weight by 13*
Well scientifically workout and weight loss plus tone back can solve that
But If you think you are ugly then you become ugly coz you begin to belive it if you stop seeing caring about how you body looks and be ok with it then it dont matter

eat only chicken, beans and vegetables. power walk for 3 kilometers in less than 1 hour every day. thats it. you do this and you will lose more than 4 lbs a week and more importantly bring your body fat all the way down.
Why bother? You look fine, everyone gets that if shoulder is bent back.
