This was popular 5 to 6 years ago with some bodybuilders im tempted to try it! Bascially you eat 10,000 calories in one day like a huge cheat meal. Sleep it off and the next three days workout like crazy burning it off while "fasting" those days. If course fasting is a very lose term in the context since your full from the 10,000 calories you ate which is the point. Ill manly eat huge Italian, Indian and Mexican dishes due to their high calorie concentration! Meaning ill get to eat less meals to achieve it! Mostly pastas, curry and burritos. Why do you guys think?

Nope that's not necessary and likely not very effective. Frequent intakes of protein in between work out sessions is sufficient.
