I was 39 kg in 2021, I started gym, no sups
Regular meals, with a proper diet.
In 1 month I gain 5kg , at 44kgs
I shad to stop my gym and diet because I had to come to another city due to my admission, so I moved.
It took me one year to gain that 6 kg to make my weight to 50kgs.
I need to gain more 10 kg as my BMI is still very low.
I wanna gain faster, but with natural means, my college is ending and my job is going to start within a month of it. In that month I wanna gain as much as much possible.

The rate at which you can gain weight depends on a variety of factors, such as your metabolism, activity level, and diet. Typically, a healthy rate of weight gain is 0.5 to 1 kg per week.
Based on your previous experience, you were able to gain 5 kg in one month, which is a relatively quick rate of weight gain. However, it's important to keep in mind that this rate of weight gain may not be sustainable over the long term, and it's also important to ensure that you are gaining weight in a healthy way.
To gain 10 kg in one month is not recommended as it could be potentially harmful to your health. Rapid weight gain can result in an increase in body fat, and can also put a strain on your organs. It's important to approach weight gain in a gradual and sustainable way to ensure that you stay healthy and avoid any negative health consequences.
To gain weight in a healthy way, focus on eating a well-balanced diet that is rich in nutrients and calories. This means incorporating plenty of whole foods such as lean proteins, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats into your meals. You may also want to consider working with a registered dietitian or nutritionist who can help you create a personalized meal plan that meets your specific needs and goals.
In addition to a healthy diet, incorporating regular exercise into your routine can also help you gain weight in a healthy way. Strength training exercises can help you build muscle mass, which can contributeto weight gain and improve your overall body composition. However, it's important to start slowly and gradually increase the intensity and frequency of your workouts to avoid injury and burnout.
Overall, gaining weight in a healthy way takes time and patience. It's important to focus on making sustainable lifestyle changes that will help you achieve your goals over the long term, rather than trying to rush the process and potentially putting your health at risk.
Thanks for the advice. I was severely underweight. It took me 1 complete year if you look at the growth to gain 10 kgs.
The first month gained really fast cause body needed energy to burn as I was working out (no cardio, just simple workout, nothing which was difficult, you can say I use to do just warm-up) and because of that my eating habits Changed. I haven't taken any suppliments, just good home made, and some home grown food and fruits.
I just wanna put around 3-5 kg more to look a bit better. Before I couldn't do things which I can do now.
For my height I should be around 60kg and lowest acceptable weight is 55kg.
You’re welcome. It’s okay man, it's great to hear that you were able to gain weight in a healthy way and that you're feeling better as a result. If you're looking to gain an additional 3-5 kg, it's important to continue focusing on healthy eating habits and exercise.
Make sure that you're consuming enough calories to support your weight gain goals, which may mean increasing your portion sizes or adding in additional snacks throughout the day. It's also important to continue eating a balanced diet that includes plenty of protein, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats.
In terms of exercise, continue to engage in strength training exercises that target all major muscle groups, as this can help to build muscle mass and increase your overall calorie burn. In addition, consider incorporating some cardiovascular exercise into your routine, such as brisk walking or cycling, as this can help to improve your overall health and fitness.
Remember to be patient with your progress, as healthy weight gain takes time. If you have concerns or questions about your weight gain goals or exercise routine, consider working with a healthcare professional or certified personal trainer who can provide personalized advice and support.
