+1 yI solved that problem by buying an air conditioner for where the weights are. Before I did that, early morning before it got hot was the only way... and it wasn't working so well. I can't get into the lifting sort of mood all early like that and being forced to only do it during that time slot would conflict a lot with my adulting lifestyle... kids, wife, a job... all put a dent into just having a set schedule. On top of that my wife is military so it's not like I can just have her help me with anything whenever I need help. She simply can't and it's not an option. Air conditioner was going to be the only way to open up more time slots for me to fuck with.

+1 yThat is why I have a gym membership. Controlled climate inside the facility to go with equipment to help with whatever workout I want to do. Track, pool, treadmills, bikes, free weights, resistance machines, etc.
No concern to be dependent on weather and can get best bang for your buck. Otherwise I just got back from the equivalent of hell last month.
Being outside and doing work in the heat and sun helps too. Using the body to lift, pull, push heavy things in high heat and humidity will be a quick way to burn calories and sweat, so long as you have water and stay hydrated with work rest cycles.

Joke incoming for your update, but have you tried working out naked? No restrictions to trap sweat. Just free flow at that point.

+1 yDo you have access to the internet at your house? Where I live, it's hot and humid, so I primarily exercise indoors this time of year.
I have a treadmill, so I'm able to get my tablet or music and jam out while I'm running.
Or I'll hop on YouTube- there are a ton of free fitness trainers on there that have everything from walking in place/indoor walking videos, yoga, and weight training.
Basically I just move. When I need motivation to exercise, I step on the scale. Seeing that number is a great motivation to not be lazy 😂20 Reply

+1 yExercise early in the morning or later in the evening after work. Do exercises that can be done indoors. Swim at your gym pool. Exercise in an air conditioned gym.
Those are the best alternatives. Good luckl.

Plus, when I get home still with a high temp, a cool shower feels even better. And then I feel refreshed.
