Is it bad that this happens?

I have a habit of whenever I get overwhelmed or stressed I wish to disappear or die. I don’t know why cuz I’m not suicidal. It usually happens when I make a mistake and someone points it out or yells at me or something. It only really happens when I’m at home so I don’t get it cuz I can’t prevent it and I’ve tried. These thoughts are very intrusive.

Is it bad that this happens?
