Remedies for painful trapped gas?

I recently took some NSAIDS and they reacted badly so I have really painful trapped gas I BBC ant even walk up straight. How do I get rid of this and how long can it possibly last?

Simple, take any OTC product that contains simethicone like Gas-EX. The first Anonymous female said to take Pepto which is not correct. Pepto will stop you up and potentially constipate you.

Well you could try some yoga. Certain yoga positions can help you relax to be able to relieve that gas. Lying on your left side could help as well. Walking. Drinking non-carbonated drinks. Maybe some pills for gas. Could gently push on your stomach to try to pass the gas.
