Can my father see what I went to the doctor for?

I am 23 years old (live in America) and still under my fathers insurance plan. I recently found out I’m pregnant and will need to see a health care provider. Will my father be able to see what I went to the doctor for before we can Surprise my parents? Will he see details on the bill?

I don't know for sure but he probably has to look through his insurance history in order to see the record of it.
