Will my parents see what I saw my doctor for?

Hello! I recently found out I am pregnant but my boyfriend and I are waiting to tell our friends and family. I will need to set up an appointment to see my doctor or OBGYN soon. I am under 26 years old so I am still under my fathers insurance plan. Will my Dad be able to see what I saw the doctor for and what tests/ procedures I had done? How can I keep this to myself for a few weeks before we surprise them?

I know that here in the states you're safe with your doctor or at least supposed to be.

My Mom took me to get a full exam with the purpose being to catching me having marijuana in my system. The doctor tried to talk me into telling her but he asked me and I was like "no" and as my Mom asked the doctor directly about marijuana use, he lied for me.

It didn't get my Mom off my back by the way, she just started looking for other reasons to hammer me for being something fucked up. If someone has it out for you, they'll either find something or make it up eventually.

If it were in the UK then i would say no as you are no longer under parental stuff, i suspect it will come up itemised as "something" which he can query but will probably be told they can't tell him, at which point he will come to you, thats my best gues

If you are in the US, yes he can see the explanation of benefits statement that either comes in the mail or is emailed to the plan sponsor, which is your Father.

You don't say which country, but you're an adult, so you're entitled to confidentiality. I doubt your parents are sent an itemised list of doctor's visits.
