Do you guys think hospitals should use disposable wooden spoons and forks , disposable paper cups plates rather than plastic to be more hygienic?

We all knew hospitals are dirty and full of germs also the people who go in and out of there carry diseases so do you think it would be better if they serve food to patients with paper disposable cups and wooden utensils as single use and to avoid spread of diseases?
