I don’t have a dishwasher so that solves my dilemma but when I’m visiting someone who has a dishwasher I usually hand wash the pots and pans because they take up so much space in the dishwasher. It’s only if there’s very few things that need to get washed that I put them in the dishwasher
Thank you for the MOH
Most of my pots and pans I handwash, but some I put in the dishwasher. How do I decide... the pots and pans I spent a lot of money on, I hand wash. If they are cheap and I don't care if they get damaged, I put them in the dishwasher.
Thanks for the MHO!
Hand wash. The dishwasher won't get the pans totally clean in most cases and could damage them.
Press start... Waiting...
doesn't that cause a lot of clinking and ratteling sounds
@Meropatrick what you mean? Does that not suppose to happen? 😂🤣
I guess so... unless u want to damage both the silverware and the washing machine. There is a reason why they invented a dishwasher
This is brilliant 😂

Handwash everything including pots and pans
I handwashed for all of my life and I have had a dishwasher only for this past year. I didn't trust it with any dishes the for the first 6 months. I handwashed everything. Even now I'll do the heavily greased ones by hand. I do use the dishwasher for light washing in the interest of saving times and energy.
Handwashing isn't as hot. Everything that isn't fine crystal goes in the dishwasher for the same reason we don't wash our hands in cold water.
Plus it saves on water.
I hand wash everything but that’s because I don’t have a dishwasher. But for pots and pans I would only hand wash
If you're just referring to Pots and Pans only, then we handwash those.
Other than anything wooden, goes straight in the dishwasher.
I hand wash them if it is a big pot because they take up too much space in the dishwasher. The small frying pan goes right in the dishwasher with everything else.
I tend to hand wash. I have a great view out the window at my place and take advantage of it.
with exception of coated or seasoned pans, everything goes in dishwasher
We have a dishwasher that has never been turned on. We handwash everything.
dish washers either don't fully clean or leave soap residue
Either way, I'm going to be the one washing them;)
Hand wash. I've never even turned on my dishwasher.
I soak them, brush off whatever is stuck, then load them in the dishwasher.
Dishwashers don't chisel of the burnt bits welded to the bottom.
I always handwash, I feel like you can't get the small bits stuck to the pan with a dishwasher
I'm sorry throwing away pots and pans. I'm this economy? 😂
Usually hand wash. But put in dishwasher evey so often.
Dishwasher if they fit, but not cast iron, only light rinse and wipe.
We don't have a dishwasher so we wash everything by hand
Depends on How Dirty and How Many. xxoo
