If it's healthy and sustainable for you in the long term, then sure, although I wouldn't recommend it, as on the day you don't eat, you may lack energy.
That sounds like intermittent fasting. It is good for loosing weight but you have to keep a time at the same time for it to work. Also drink lots of water even when fasting.

I don't believe so. If you don't do any physical labor I really don't think it's good.
That sounds like a fool's diet. No food=no energy. Just east like a normal person.
