Usually, yes, but some women have growth into their early 20s. I've known a couple of such girls - one of them was an A-cup who started growing at 20 and was a full B a year later - and was thrilled. Another was a B-cup and unexpectedly grew into a big C-cup and was not happy about it... Lol.

Not always. Mine didn't stop growing till I was well into my 20s.

I think your breast size can change throughout your life. If you put more weight on They can still grow.
