How long do you wait to get up in the middle of the night when you have to or (I don’t want to move but I don't know how long I can last lol 👀 )?

lol. Wait till you are older! There really is no holding it much longer! I gotta go means I gotta go now! When I was younger I could hold it for very long times. I once held it so long my bladder went into painful spasms when I release it. Now if I try going back to sleep I will probably pee the bed!

Lots of bathrooms have heaters in the ceiling. Safe and will keep you warm while you do your business.

I never woke up in the middle of the night for these things... then I got cats, they do wake me up in the middle of the night sometimes... cuddles and snuggles first though, that can last around five to ten minutes... and then I might get up for business, or not... usually not, lol

I go immediately, and live in Northwest Colorado - not necessarily a warm climate (especially winter - consistely in the negatives this time of year)... but I know if I don't go right away, I won't be able to go back to sleep and I like my sleep. lol

I totally feel ya, girl. About the cold and everything. What's really annoying is when the cold actually WAKES YOU UP. As in awake awake. Like, Noooo! I just wanted to Zombie-walk to the bathroom and come right back and pass out again. I didn't want to WAKE UP! Lmao

Depends on how tired I am. And how bad the pain is lol. So like last night I woke up at 3 and needed to pee but fell asleep and don’t wake again until 5:45am then I went to the washroom

I'm from Ireland, winter can get a bit cold here!

If I'm very cozy I try to hold it until I either fall back asleep, or I leak a bit, in which case I jump out of bed and run to the bathroom 🤣

I must admit that a couple of times when wearing both boxers and very thick joggers I just peed in bed enough to relieve the bladder a little bit and then I just threw the clothes to the side before the wetness reached the bed 😂🙈

I wait until it’s urgent enough that i can’t get back to sleep. I am from a region in which it’s anywhere from chilly to below freezing for roughly half of the year. Also, i don’t typically sleep soundly. So i’d prefer to stay in bed and hopefully fall back to sleep, rather than wake myself up enough to pee and wash my hands. By then, trying to get back to sleep is all but completely futile.

The sooner I pee, the sooner I can fall back asleep. You stay awake too long trying not to piss, you’ll just wake up fully. I don’t even turn the lights on, I got yellow night lights (which don’t suppress melatonin) that are very dim, just bright enough to allow you to not walk into doors and walls.
