I managed 26 minutes of this. If I do 30 minutes of this 5 days a week is that enough or should I go longer?

I'm not sure what specific type of workout you're referring to. However, in general, the effectiveness of a workout depends on various factors including the type of exercise, intensity, duration, and frequency.
If you're just starting out with a new workout routine, it's generally recommended to start with shorter sessions and gradually increase the duration and intensity over time. 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week is a good starting point, and you can gradually increase the duration or intensity as your fitness level improves.
The type of exercise you choose will depend on your goals, preferences, and fitness level. It's important to incorporate a mix of cardio and strength training exercises to support overall fitness and health. Cardio exercises like running, cycling, or dancing can help to improve cardiovascular health and burn calories, while strength training exercises like weightlifting or bodyweight exercises can help to build muscle and improve overall strength and function.
Remember to listen to your body and adjust your workout routine as needed to avoid injury and support overall well-being. It's also a good idea to consult with a fitness professional or healthcare provider to develop a safe and effective workout plan that meets your individual needs and goals.
The video. That's what I'm referring to
Based on the information you provided, this appears to be a cardiovascular workout that involves fast walking for a distance of 3 miles with the goal of burning calories and reducing belly fat. This type of workout could be considered a form of low-impact cardio exercise, which can help improve cardiovascular health, increase endurance, and aid in weight loss.
This is a hoax. You don't loose fat on one place. You loose or gain fat everywhere. And you will not get abs from it. Getting abs = exercising. Visible abs = loosing fat until the muscle becomes visible. But as a female you will also loose curves.
Ok but what exercise is this? Low or high impact?
That is too many and there is no rest to rebuild in your pattern. High cardio burn, 1/2 of what you eat now, no carbs except vegetable carbs, water and busy (not sitting) at home is how one loses weight.
Is it high impact or low impact
