    Eat a lot of vegetables and almost nothing else. Limit yourself to one glass of water when you eat. Vegetables are primarily fiber, and while they are nutritious, they can't be digested. So you get the nutrients but don't gain the weight. I don't know if you'll see a marked improvement in 7 days, but I had to lose 11% of my body weight when I was wrestling. Besides a lot of exercise and sweating, I had one glass of water at meals, only ate dinner, and had only vegetables for dinner (with a lot of spice for flavor)
    I succeeded. I also looked like a corpse, but that's the best way to lose weight without getting too sick.

    Define naturally. You can steam a lot away. But all that's doing is dehydrating you. It'll allow you to lose significant weight in a short period of time. But all you lost is water weight.

    Last year, to lose a kg, i are fruit/veggie salads for brunch, (eliminate one meal) , drank green tea twice a day and are only meat and vegetables for dinner. No carbs (rice, chappati, potatoes etc)
