Vitamins are a must vitamin C always first
Stretch for 20 minutes immediately after waking up and before going to bed
Third and most important Water Water Water i literally can’t have enough of it
Drink lots of water, make sure I get at least 4 hours of sleep, don't eat junk food
Exercise at least 20 mins daily
Have green tea after every meal
