You will be a skeleton if you weigh 50 pounds and you will die, ding dong. At your height you should not weigh less than 100 pounds. Just exercise daily and eat vegetables, fruit, and meat. Get the calorie information on what you're eating and eat 1500 calories a day. No less or you'll get weak. You will lose weight. Don't go on some stupid crazy diet because you will just gain it back. If you learn how to eat healthy, you will never have to worry about it for the rest of your life.
I was your age 15-17 and my mom (late) worried about me not eating good. After I lost weight, I developed low blood sugar, I would eat and my blood sugar dropped to the 50s as I got older into my 20s I developed diabetes so whatever you choose to do make sure to take care of your health and please I beg don't choose a crash diet. Stop eating sugar start drinking water no soda Waters start eating healthier no junk food no fast food lots of water but not bottled water it's disgusting nowadays if you ever put a black light up to it you'll see what I mean and for 30 minutes a day for 30 days walking in a very fast pace if you can do it two times at 30 minutes a day or 30 days it would be even better but if you commit to that I guarantee you will lose weight and you will start toning up like crazy but you have to walk at a fast pace it'll also clear your head your mind make body work better breathe in through your nose and out your mouth because that way you get pure oxygen and not just air out of your mouth and your mouth out of your mouth but if you're serious it will work but you have to commit to it
id say look into the water diet, but please be cautious, it can be dangerous if abused or done incorrectly
