not really. I guess Summer Camp kind of traumatized me when I was little.

Or maybe my first cross country solo flight when I bounced the plane really bad but it didn't have a lasting impact on me as I didn't stop flying and got over that problem.

A few traumas. Most recently the birth of my baby. I couldn't push bubs out so needed to be cut down there to get bub out, then I lost a lot of blood and spent a couple of days stuck in bed and in a lot of pain, which the past lasted for 6 weeks after.

Yes. Back in 2017, my mom threatened to kill me. It took me a long time to trust her again. Since she put me in a chokehold, I would tense up any time she would come up behind me after that.

Yeah, I've had my fair share. It's just apart of life and you move forward. The deeper trauma can linger, but I cope with it.
